Director of Marketing

The ideal candidate is a degreed professional with demonstrable experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing the design, development and implementation of marketing programs that expand corporate visibility and increase market share and revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Develops, coordinates and implements value added business development activities in all markets to ensure the execution of all marketing programs, with a focus on defining the organization's strategic positioning that directly relates to the Company achieving its revenue goals.
  • Be a Marketing Team Leader, representing the team internally and externally; be the visible product champion; develop the team to the next level; drive functional excellence.

Network Admin / Internal Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for this position has experience with Windows network administation and internal helpdesk support. In this position you would provide technical support to employees for desktop and laptop systems, SalesLogix CRM software, VoIP/Phone and miscellaneous PC hardware.

This would include configuring new systems, installing core applications, monitoring and ensuring connectivity and researching various company technology initiatives. Your problem solving skills, helpdesk experience and ability to patiently walk inexperienced remote users through system and software configuration and trouble-shooting steps will be important skills.


Responsibilities

  • Must be on site by 7:00am to assist national sales team
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot incoming employee calls and written requests for service
  • Install, troubleshoot and repair various applications and their host platforms
  • Assist employees with administrative needs relating to passwords, application access, and file server access

Experience & Skills

Administrative Assistant

TriGeo Network Security is seeking an energetic individual to assist in the growth of the domestic and international sales group.


Responsibilities

  • Creation of quotes
  • Manage the input of new partner generated leads into Saleslogix. Includes checking for conflicts, entering data, associating accounts (data entry)
  • Manage the input of new partner prospects into Saleslogix
  • Create and manage partner folders on the server
  • Handle lead expiration notification to partners
  • Help to coordinate the assignment of partner generated referral leads with Sales VP
  • Triage calls and provide a "channel presence" to partners while other team members are unavailable

Support & Training Positions

Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and email to resolve customer issues as they pertain to TriGeo products and services. Maintain thorough depth and breadth of TriGeo product knowledge and related industry software, hardware and applications. Work on internal projects as needed.


Responsibility, Authority and Essential Duties

  • Assist customers with the resolution of issues as they pertain to TriGeo products
  • Maintain and uphold the highest principles of customer service
  • Provide technical advice on industry related software, hardware and applications where TriGeo product dependencies exist
