Lead Generation Manager
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of marketing development representatives and inside sales managers engaged in lead generation
programs to create demand for TriGeo's Security Information Management solutions to IT departments. Manages and directs all aspects of outbound
call center marketing force to achieve demand and lead generation goals. Supervises, trains, and develops representatives; resolves conflicts;
ensures work product consistently meets established standards; and takes required corrective/developmental action to remedy deficiencies.
Establish lead generation objectives; implements distributed lead generation programs. Evaluates and implements appropriate marketing
techniques to increase lead volume. Determine monthly quota plans. Maintain lead generation volume. Manage and develop staff.
Essential Functions
- Establishes lead generation objectives by accurately forecasting and developing monthly lead quotas by distributed lead generation
program; projecting expected lead volume through pipeline.
- Achieves lead generation results/goals by planning, counseling, coaching employees, monitoring, and appraising job results.
In addition, maintains adequate lead pipeline to achieve goals: accurately and consistently forecast business results.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training new recruits while coaching, developing and exiting employees.
- At the direction of management, develops territory, event and webinar strategies to support and attain lead quota.
- Focuses the team effort around identifying and delivering qualified prospects and opportunities to the sales team.

Senior Java Engineer (SE2)

Software Test Engineer

- Develop and implement appropriate testing methodologies, processes and procedures

Support & Training Positions
Technical Support Engineer
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via telephone and email to resolve customer issues as they pertain to TriGeo products and services. Maintain thorough depth and breadth of TriGeo product knowledge and related industry software, hardware and applications. Work on internal projects as needed.

- Assist customers with the resolution of issues as they pertain to TriGeo products
